The Royal National College for the Blind and the Queen Alexandra College gave professional quality support to young visual artists with little or no sight to create work for the ‘Look' exhibition. It toured the UK in 1993/1994 and also went to Brussels, Hanover and Luxembourg. The work exhibited was mainly painting, sculpture and installation. The last few years have seen an increase in blind and partially sighted people continuing in visual art education.
